I am happy to say that I drained the tranny and there was 0 emulsification! The only place there was a little bit was on the dipstick's rubber seal. So y just went on to change the fluid, cleaned the external filter (which also didn't have any signs of water in it), and refilled. The car car is smooth as always. I guess I got lucky and dodged that bullet. :)

Any water in the atf most likely evaporated as the atf got hotter.

PS: Strange getting water in it by going through a puddle. Course if the 'puddle' is 2 feet deep and 100 yds long, that may be a different story. :?
