Only thing even remotely like a transmission filter that is accessible is that little canister on one of the cooler lines. That's only there for break in of the trans when new. Swap it out once and done.
The actual transmission filter is inside the transmission and basically the last part to take out and first part to go in behind the front pump. Not serviceable, dont try to flush and clean it (youll just destroy the tranmission).
Just change the fluid as your supposed to and not worry about it. Sitting here with a 243k mile original transmission. Still functions perfectly.
Honda did know more about how to build these than any online or other idiot trying to say otherwise. And until the last few years Hondas were the most reliable and longest lasting engines and transmissions available in smaller vehicles. Even the older Pilots and Odysseys are well knows for 400k with little beyond regular maintenance and fixing leaks once high mileage was reached.
