I have a 2020 Honda CRV-Hybrid. At 5000 miles the car showed both a Transmission and Blind Spot Warning system problem came on. The dealer said they fixed it but the car is now approaching 12,000 miles and the same thing happened again.

Has anyone else had this problem?
What exactly did they fix at 5000 miles? Sounds like they need a "do over".

Anyway.. warranty is in full effect.. so head straight to the dealer and have them sort it out for youl

Seems that after so many trips to the dealer for a major problem such as a transmisssion and that it appears it can not be fixed -- time for lemon laws to reviewed. If you take it to the dealer this time I would also follow up with a call to Honda USA and open a case about the problem and that the dealer can not fix it.
Is there any actual issue with the transmission though? Or is it a bogus indicator or a flaky sensor? We have not been presented with enough info to determine so far.. so kind of early to start squeezing the "lemon law" clause here in my view. Not every difficult repair cycle requires lawyers and lemon laws.

Besides... lemon laws vary by state/province... and have specific terms and conditions, which honestly Honda generally will pony up to a troubled owner BEFORE any actual lemon law trigger happens.
