I have a 2009 CR-V with about 8,500 miles on the clock, virtutally all freeway driving with some dirt roads thrown in. Four weeks ago, the TPMS warning light activated and the two front tires were down to less than 20 lbs. each. Last night, the warning light activated again with the two fronts less than 20 lbs. and one rear tire less than 20 lbs. My oil gauge is down to 20% so I'll be bringing the car in anyway for an oil change.

Any experience or comments on this?

Have them check the tires for nails. I had picked up a finishing nail that went straight in and was stuck between the 'sipes'; this made the nail invisible until the tires was taken off and repaired. I had the same issue that I was losing air pressure every few days.

Seems like the TPMS is doing it's job. :)

Over the summer my family and I went on a roadtrip and my TPMS alerted me a couple times. I thought it was due to cooler temps and higher altitudes but turned out it was a nail in the tire that I didn't notice until they removed the tire for inspection.

Good luck and hope you find the solution to your concern.

I had the same problem with my 07 crv , every month the pressure was low
I figures out that the TPMS in unscrewing slightly
tighten it up gently just below the black cap
