Ask a local dealer about updating the Sat/Nav for your area.

BUT it might be easier to use Google Maps locally.

Unfortunately you cannot load maps from other regions and have them work.

The stock head units use a technology called Geo-fencing that basically says if the map that is loaded doesn't correspond to the specific market that unit was sold in, the map will not display.

The units are programmed for the specific markets they are destined for when the vehicles are produced.

European maps are usually split as West- and Eastern Europe, Bosnia falling into the latter category.

Don't know about the 2016 but the latest update for the third gen does not have Bosnia at all:

DVD1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City

DVD2: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Norway, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City
