First of all, hello to all members of this message board!

In two weeks I am about to pick up my brand new Honda CR-V 2018 form a dealer in Poland.
I've ordered the basic version which is called "Comfort" here in Europe. It's the one that has that smaller 5-inch central display (no Honda Connect System). I couldn't afford a higher version (Elegance) that already has that bigger 7-inch display with Honda Connect and some other features.
Do you know if it is possible to change this smaller display to that bigger 7-inch one with the Honda Connect? If yes, will this display be fully functional?
The second thing are the side mirrors. Is it possible to install side mirrors with Blind Spot Information System? I have the regural ones.
Oh and there is no reverse camera and reverse sensors on my CR-V. My Honda dealer will install some aftermarket reverse sensors on my vehicle, that are installed on all Honda vehicles not equipped with the OEM reverse sensors.

So, if some of you has already done the above mentioned changes, could you please provide with the requested information?
Thank you in advance!
Cheers!

I don't think so.. Honda uses different wiring harnesses for different versions. And you'd spend thousands to get all the various parts

Yeah, you're probably right.
I've seen some aftermarket 8 or 9-inch displays for the CR-V than run Android OS on ebay. I thought that maybe it is also possible to install the OEM one.

The OEM 7-inch also handles a lot of the vehicle settings, and climate control, none of which will work. On the plus side, you should have plentiful aftermarket options since the 5" *isn't* integrated into the rest of the car. All it needs is a bezel to adapt it to Double-DIN, a harness, and probably a steering wheel control adapter.

sirwired, thank you for the info. Can you please tell me what did you mean by saying "bezel" and "harness"?

A bezel is the trim section around the display that makes it look like it's part of the dash.
The wiring harness is what connects it to the vehicle wiring.

There is this central console display on Aliexpress:

that looks just like the OEM one but has a bigger display. Unfortunately I can't find any video reviews of this device. I guess the functionality is limited to music playback, surfing the web, watching DVD movies, controlling the car radio using steering wheel buttons, bluetooth, gps (not sure) and displaying what an optional reverse camera "sees'.
