Yep, see if you can get your money back. But also check your insurane co., a few companies will give you a couple of dollars off your insurance rate if you have the VIN engraved on the glass but you have to ask.
Yeah I had a feeling this was a joke. They made it seem that this VIN Etching was required and non-negotiable and law/required by insurance. I should have done more homework and been smarter on that charge, shame on me.

I might go back in and raise some hell I think for being manipulated :sneaky:
Does the Dealer have a web site / facebook page. Put your tale of woe on the web if they don't make some amends, like three free oil changes? . Dealer hate it when those that have been screwed put out in the world, especially if you name the folks that did not kiss you! You are not the first and will not be the last to be taken at the signing table. Did you also buy the $00.0 special wax & fabric protector. When I sold cars 30 years ago we referred to that as selling "Mop & Glow". 馃槀

guess no one pays attention.

Why they simply let the Dealer do all their work a lot easier then researching.
