I am hearing very loud noise from the driver side of the car, noise goes away when I apply the brakes.
It happens only when brakes are not applied, sometimes it is very loud, sometimes its not noticeable.
Also, it doesn't matter if an engine is on or off, it happens consistently. I have taken a video of it when the engine was turned off, and have added the link here ----->(Video). I have described the problem to the dealer, and they are looking into it. Please tell if someone had a same issue.

Im no expert however, that sound is definitely not right.

Sounds like some belt slippage or the like....

Kick the problem into the dealers lap. If engine is off and hvac is off and ignition is off should be pretty quiet
