Hi, my CR-V is '08 EX AWD, black. everything is stock. no added option, no leather. I'm in the NYC area.
KBB valued my '08 with 13k miles in excellent condition as $20g for a trade-in.
with minor scratch/ding.
I know that kbb may over value it. what would be a fair offer from the dealer?

Don't get me wrong, I love my V. I got these 'promo' card from my dealer. that they can get me into a new car w/ same or lower monthly payment, blah blah...
They will pay upto 60% msrp for 08 models. The msrp was $24000.

I just wanted to see what to expect from my car. ... i do like the new V's front fascia. . . hm...

Type in your information and this gives the black book value some dealerships use.

If you have Carmax type place, get a quote from them
I traded in my 2004 CRV EX with 60K in March and got
almost 50% of what I payed for it in 2004.

I made the deal for the without trade and after the quoted the price, they asked me if I had a trade and then I got was Carmax quoted me.

The CR-V does hold its value

Thanks for the info guys.
I know Honda holds its value well. That's why I choose HONDA over Toyota or other. Thinking I would drive this V for a long time.
