it is time to change winter tires for my CR-V . how much torque on wheel nuts will be done on steel rim and aluminum rim?

Check the owners manual. If I remember correctly it should be around 80ft-lbs.

Hondas are all pretty much minimum 80ft/lbs some of the bigger Honda vehicles are 95ft/lbs.

I always check the wheel lug nut torque after the wheels have been removed and reinstalled by anyone. Most mechanics will over-torque and that can cause warped rotors.
