I’m moving to fla and how expensive is the Honda care. I brought the warranty out of state before and saved a bundle from the NY dealer, but now can’t purchase warranty out of state when in fla.

If you are determined to purchase it and haven't already, do it now. They will honor your warranty at any Honda dealer in FL. You are only forced to buy it there once you move.
