You have to actually look-up the answer from the actual tire manufacturer for the tires on your vehicle.

Generally though... OEM tires on CRVs are unidirectional and are going to be front-2-back and no cross rotations. But again... you need to check and confirm for the actual tires on your vehicle... so check and see what the tire manufacturer recommends. Or... just let the good trusted tire shop or dealer worry about it. :)

If your tires are directional then you can only rotate front to back.

If you don't have directional tires then rotate them in a cross pattern. Whether you go front to same side back, and cross the backs to the opposite side fronts, or cross the fronts to the opposite side back and move the backs to the same side fronts depends on which you prefer.
