I'm loving my hybrid touring the more I drive it. It's got a lot of pep to it, more so than my 2019 EX-L and it has the paddles just like my Accord. Inside door handles also have lights on them so you can see them in the dark easily.

Also, I can silence the majestic choir by turning on the heat or AC like I did tonight in the Chick-Fil-A drive though. I'm going to really enjoy this car, probably more so than any other I have owned, even the 2019 EX-L and I love that one.

No, at least not in the US.

They haven't gone LEDs on the interiors. It is very odd. I do have a package of LEDs already to go for the interiors. I watched a YouTube video just a while ago on a '22 Hybrid. he turned on a map light and it was yellowish.

Just got home with the car. Still have to go through the settings and get things the way I want. I like so many things on this Hybrid touring including the built in GPS. I don't always have to connect my phone to use the map. Took a few pictures outside the dealership so they aren't perfect. What I really like is the 600+ miles on the tank of gas. Outstanding!

I think his was showing up at 600 miles only cuz that car was brand new and wasn't driven at all.
More realistically it should be 500ish, given you can get an average of 36+ mpgs off it. Tank capacity is 14 gallon, so yeah...

A question about 'brake mode' - which keeps the car still once we bring it to a full halt.
Is there any negative impact of too much of it on the car ? I mean if we turn it on and suppose we are in stop and go traffic, it will again & again get applied, so can it bad for something internal, maybe brake pads ?

Called "Brake Hold".
I don't think it has any negative impact, no more than holding your foot on the pedal.
The only problem I see is, I was using it most of the time, then I was driving my Accord, which doesn't have brake hold, and I caught myself creeping up on the car in front of me.
Other than that I see no reason not to use it.

Just enough so far to make the roads hazardous. How many inches are you expecting, and do you get blowing drifts.. being out on the plains?

We have the fully-wet version (Pineapple Express) getting ready to roll through here late tonight. I prefer the winter storms from Alaska though as they do not bring the harsh winds that the tropical PE does. I loathe rolling up my Sunsetter patio shade covers, but better than letting the wind chomp on them.

In other words, until it becomes ubiquitous in motor vehicles, I just avoid it and rely on my foot, since I always know where it is and what it is doing.

I love it -- the only time I don't have it on is when I'm parking. This is my first automatic, and brake hold makes so much sense that I was actually surprised to learn that most cars don't have it.

The only time I use it is in the pick up window line at the fast food places my wife doesn’t approve of. Fortunately I have no commute so no need to use it in traffic. Though in a past life, LA traffic broke me of manual transmissions as my left knee wasn’t up to it.

This is why it has to be turned on for each drive (like the start/stop), and Honda does not allow it to default to ON.
The idea is if someone gets in the car knowing nothing at all about Brake Hold, they should be able to drive the car safely.
That's assuming they can drive in the first place of course.

That 600 has dropped a bit since I started driving it more. This morning, I went out and it dropped from about 573 to about 550.

It was the first tank of gas so I am sure it was showing high for that reason.

That was the mileage the computer calculated when the car was backed off the car carrier. 550 is still pretty optimistic. Mine routinely shows between 500-510 after fill up.

It will be more realistic when I drive it more. After leaving the dealership, I drove it for a little while to enjoy it and the 600 was what it showed after 10 miles and I got home. Another tank or two and it will be more accurate.

Don't interpret the advertised fuel tank capacity as real usable capacity. The standards bodies allow the manufacturer to include reserve, fill area and splash area in their advertised capacity. The reserve protects the fuel pump and the splash area protects the evap system. Just let the automatic pump shut off occur to protect the evap as you can be liable for any repairs caused by overfilling.

Went through this with another make which had a usable of 9,8 out of an advertised 14.5.

4 weeks now since I replaced my 2020 (gas) EX-L AWD with a 2022 Hybrid EX-L. Absolutely nothing worse with the hybrid and only positives. Same trim level, but with included heated steering wheel, no auto engine idle, better acceleration, and about 33% better MPG. Very pleased so far!

Glad you like it, I love mine.
I suppose you could say that the hybrid "has no auto engine idle", but that's not really correct, the ICE does start and stop on its own, it's just that you don't notice it, and it makes no difference in getting the vehicle going.

Gas prices making new highs every day, hybrid making more sense now.
Here in TX, first time I saw prices greater than $3! And in CA, its $4.7ish!!
