Window Rain Guards

Today I was running my CRV thru some intermittent rain; with the windows partially open (my preference, fresh air vs. the AC) water drips were working their way inside. Of note, I also frequently park (summertime weather) with the windows slightly ajar.

In the past I've been happy with the WeatherTech brand (so I am inclined to lean towards them) - but old(er) age caution tells me that I should at least inquire before spending my money.

WT: $100, https://www.weathertech.com/honda/2016/cr-v/side-window-deflectors/
OEM: $160, https://www.amazon.com/HONDA-DEFLECTORS-VISORS-GUARDS-EXTERIOR/dp/B00FQRYWVK

Are there any strong recommendations /preferences here?
