http://estore.honda.com/honda/parts/select-your-honda.asp can provide every part number on your car. But they are just wiper blades; no need to use official (overpriced) Honda parts.
I went there to order a set for my 2016 EX-L. They only cost $9.02 but the shipping is $17.37. I think 26.39 is a "little" high. The OEM wiper blade INSERTS (not the entire blade) have always been the best ones to buy.
They are inexpensive (for the 2017, a kit of both L&R lists for ~$13 USD, and Bernardi sells them for ~$8.50 USD). Many parts countermen will change them for you also.

I keep a spare set on hand.

Granted, when you only order small items from an online dealer the shipping will kill ya. I order lots of stuff at one time: engine and cabin filters, 6-packs of oil filters, etc.I went there to order a set for my 2016 EX-L. They only cost $9.02 but the shipping is $17.37. I think 26.39 is a "little" high.
