You might have to wait until the weekend is over.
Does the engine turn over normally with the starter?
If the engine turns over with the starter, have you pulled at least one spark plug to see whether it was wet or dry?
If the engine turns over with the starter, do you get spark?
Hopefully if you answer those questions, someone will be helping you tonight or tomorrow.
What relay are you talking about? Main relay which controls the fuel pump or the starter relay or?
PS: Go back over everything you disconnected while doing that change.

We should probably clarify (since "turn over" can mean different things to some of us).

Does it crank and not start?

Or, does it not crank?

Just so we know where to start looking. ?

As for the Check Engine light, I think that's normal operation prior to the engine starting.
