google info...On a 2009 Honda CR-V, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) module is typically located underneath the dashboard, on the driver's side, towards the center console area. It's usually near the lower left knee bolster or beneath the steering wheel.

also, a video for a 2009 Honda Fit...don't know if it is the same as 2009 CRV but it might help.

 

For the 3rd gen remove the left kick panel near the gear shifter. The module is the black box in the diagram close to gear shifter cable in the car. It is perched on a metal mount that locks into the body of the module.

The module is connected to the ecm via a wire that is at the bottom of the module. To remove it you need to remove the trim around the gear shifter to access the wire. Depress the tab on the module to release the module while pulling it up.

Replace by reversing the process.
I got a used module from a junkyard but the interference from the phones still causes module errors with the denso sensors.
