I know this topic has a lot of coverage so I apologize if this has been answered. We recently got a 2013 CRV and the last documented transmission fluid change was at 45k miles. It now has 120k miles so I’d like to change the transmission fluid and diff fluid asap. With the transmission drain and fill, I plan to do it every 30k miles. I was wondering if at that interval moving forward, should I be doing the drain and fill 3 times with some driving in between in order to replace all of the fluid? Or at every 30k miles should I just be doing 1 drain and fill each time? Thanks in advance!

I would recommend you change it 3X's now, then if you feel like it would be helpful to do it 1X every 15k that wouldn't be 'excessive'. I may start a regime like that on ours since we don't drive that much now being retired.

I recommend doing a single drain & fill now and again on the next two oil changes. You need to drive in between the the changes anyway. If the current fluid is dark or burnt spelling then once a week to do the 3X works. You must drive more than around the block. Once caught up, then every 15K or every 30K depending on your driving style.
I don't have 4 wheel drive, those who do will have to address that.
