I have scheduled a visit for this weekend but was curious if this has happened to anyone else. The car is running fine but the warnings lights are all lit up. 49k miles. Regular maintenance schedules maintained.

2018 CRV dashboard lit up like a christmas tree, would'nt start. tried a few minutes later, started went to nearest dealer where they replaced the battery. no problems in the year since.
Same thing happened to me just a week ago. I picked up a new battery and installed myself. Once it is restarted with a new battery be warned that you may still see many warning lights but they fortunately self-clear with a short drive.
That is actually a good point about the ebrake. I have it set so the ebrake comes on every time I turn off the car but it may be a good idea to disable that since my car sits in the garage most of the time.
There WAS a parasitic drain issue related to the e brake with some early 2017 CR-Vs but it was addressed with a TSB. Ther is no longer any issue with using the e brake.
