Please have a look at this thread: 2017 CR-V EXL, all warning lights on, messages cycling

Very similar events - could you perhaps check with your dealership that this is the same problem? Seems quite eerily similar.

 

 

2018 CRV dashboard lit up like a christmas tree, would'nt start. tried a few minutes later, started went to nearest dealer where they replaced the battery. no problems in the year since.

 

Same thing happened to me just a week ago. I picked up a new battery and installed myself. Once it is restarted with a new battery be warned that you may still see many warning lights but they fortunately self-clear with a short drive.

 

This is often then fix, but other times, sadly, it need new injectors.

 

That is actually a good point about the ebrake. I have it set so the ebrake comes on every time I turn off the car but it may be a good idea to disable that since my car sits in the garage most of the time.

 

There WAS a parasitic drain issue related to the e brake with some early 2017 CR-Vs but it was addressed with a TSB. Ther is no longer any issue with using the e brake.
