After wearing out the OEM tires that came with the CRV (rotated several times), I decided to get a 4 wheel alignment at my local Honda dealer. They have been in business selling Honda since 1973 - so they have experience and knowledge! The technician / mechanic told me there was no adjustment possible on the rear camber as it was out of spec slightly. After a few days I decided to open complaint with Honda and I received a case number. In the end, Honda corporate said there was nothing to do - it was built like that.
