I've noticed when cutting off my 2021 Silverado, I sometimes don't push the button in far enough to cut the engine off. I then push it again till the green light is off. I did this with my wife's 2021 CR-V hybrid a few days ago. Apparently, I pushed the button twice, left it on acc mode, and in a parking deck. When I came back, it wouldn't crank. I keep a jump box in all vehicles and was able to start it with that. As I get older, I do stupid stuff more often.
