Dear all, this is related to another thread that I have (but separate topic). Thanks in advance for your help!

Does anyone have any experience about Brembo WBR coated rotors ? I think Brembo is a brand. They seems to do "UV Coated (Brake) Disc."
Or, does anyone have any experience with Bosch/Centric blanks brake rotors?

According to ChatGPT and Google, they seems to have good quality and is durable. How does they compare to the OEM Honda rotors? Which one(s) have better quality and can last for a longer time? I live in San Francisco which is 1.2 miles away from ocean and the air is full of moisture and salt, so would really need to have quality rotors to ensure longevity. Thanks!

Brembo is a high quality Italian brake components brand, supplier of Formula 1 and Moto GP. They make high performance brake components, but, at least in the motorcycles world, they also make not high performance, still good brakes components. I don't know about the WBR specific model or the Bosch/Centric.

brembo the best brakes and pads iv ever had brilliant stopping distance found they were superior to the oe when replaced but that could be because oe was worn.

I bought Brembo rotors and pads and they’ve been good. When they were new they smoked off the coating. Regarding rust, don’t let the car sit. More important probably is how thick the rotors are.

I was away for six weeks and when I got back the rotors had surface rust.

it cleaned up pretty quickly after driving. I’ll see how it is after winter.
