Maybe it's me but the simplest way would seem to be just pull the fuel pump relay and use the starter to bump the engine over.

Yes, just put the key in and bump the engine for a few seconds. You're just trying to get the cylinder walls / rings lubricated, If the engine turns over without issue put the fuse back in and start the engine up.
