I bought a 21 LX not even 2 months ago and I got the check engine light with Emission System Problem on the dash. Plugged in my scanner and came back with P24BE code as well as 2 fails associated with the variable valve timing monitor. It's still under warranty and I got an appointment month and a half from now. Is it still safe to drive, or should I have it towed. Dealership is 2.5 hours away. TIA.

Thanks. That's what I found too. Bunch of mumbo jumbo that I can't make sense of. Would it have anything to do with the battery? I do draw a nice bit of current to my amplifier, but the code stays whether I have it on or not. Hopefully the service dept can fix it.
