I need help with my crv, I cannot do long distance especially during the day (sun), after 2 or 3hrs of speeding on the highway my crv Will slow down on its own and stop speeding, even if I try to step on the gaz more, it will slow down all the way to 30 Miles an hour. But after half an hour rest it will resume high speed for maybe an hour and starts to slow down again. I need help please can anyone please help. Thank you very much

was anything done before this happened?
just wanted to verify that you are in the U.S.?
as some countries if it's made for outside of Canada & U.S. they do not come with Gas Filter.
But if it's made for Mexico or other countries Honda installs a Fuel Filter.
i would suggest to check the gas filter 1st for clogging & then the Fuel strainer in the gas tank.
Most likely the Fuel tank is full of gunk it is starving the engine with Fuel until you shut it off & then the dirt would fall back into the tank then it will drive normally again.
i hope this helps.
please post back the fix so it will help other members who might encounter the same issue.
