So I was in the middle of a (legal) U-turn today (left turn) and someone decided they couldn't wait and trying to slip by me on the left side and missed--hitting the right front of my car.
The attached picture shows a photo. It looks like the clips for the black molding got broken, but the bumper itself seems pretty unphased FROM THE OUTSIDE ANYWAY. (The white scratches are superficial).
Any expert opinions about what the reality will be when I take it in. I told the insurance company I don't plan to make a claim at this point (thinking it won't appreciably exceed the deductable), but I could change my mind once someone looks at it from underneath.
