Is the part you have anything like this image I have attached.
A fellow member with a Honda Pilot in the USA asked a similar question.
Part numbers he listed was :-
345-0115 >PC+ABS<
345-0116 >PC+ABS<
625-0109 >PC+ABS

He seemed to suggest the part was from hiding the wiring on the rear view mirror for rain sensor.
It may be different but still could be the part.

That sounds very much like a part that would cover the rain sensor. I have same vehicle. Will post image of mine in situ.
Regarding pictures I usually click the paper clip (left of the two below) and it asks where image is stored. Will come back to you soon. Cheers

 

It's the windscreen sensor cover I've managed to locate it behind the dash mirror and have fitted back into place

the day I remember that piece, I even recall it as well, but its not coming off the top of my head right now. but when I remember it be already placed back on.

I just started driving out of a car park when there was a lound bang and a plastic moulding fell to the floor. When I reached home I wasted about half an hour crawling around under the passenger side dashboard. Didn't fit anywahere there!
Then I remembered the good old CR-V Owners Club and Hey Presto I found this discussion.
