Leaking strut, when to replace?

With the mileage your 2003 has probably accumulated, replacing all the suspension parts may be in order.

Will agree in replacing the struts in pairs. The other suspension parts such as sway bar links may also need to be changed. Much easier replacing all the suspension parts with the struts off, as I know from doing that on our 2008. Replacing all those parts at the same time should lower your labor costs if you only do the struts now, then have to go back to replace the other suspension parts.
