I joined here a couple of years ago but haven't used the site much, apologies for that but it's a Honda so I haven't had any questions to ask, it just gets on with it's job.
However the car is just coming around for servicing which I'm going to do myself. I'm intending to use genuing Honda parts where possible (unless there is a good reason not to?) and just wondering where owners typically get their service items. Is it best just to use local dealer or are there any (probably online) suppliers for genuine parts which I can get delivered?
Car is 11 years old with circa 55,000 miles and, as per title, based in UK.
I'll be looking for:
Auto transmission fluid
Air filter
Oil filter
Cabin filter
Any other filters required aroung 55k miles? Fuel maybe?
Coolant
Spark plugs - Probably not from dealer, I generally go for NGK.
Possibly aux drive belt.
I'd be grateful for any advice on this so thanks in advance.
