154,000 on my 2009 EX Purchased New.

Items replaced
  • AC Compressor (Replaced with a better quality Denso model)
  • Starter (Replaced with an aftermarket - Duralast Gold Model - Auto zone - still going strong after three years
  • Front Shocks
  • Rear Shocks
  • Air Bags through Recall
  • Door Actuator through Recall
  • Valve cover Gasket and lower side gasket
  • PCV Valve
  • Currently on it's 4th Battery

Since I also had a new 1998 CRV first generation, a few things jumped out at me. Drove until 160k
  • Never had to replace AC Compressor - The original was a Denso
  • Had same shocks the entire time. Never replaced
  • Never had to replace the Battery until 8 years. - The original was a Panasonic Battery
  • Never replaced starter.

Interesting how Honda's suppliers started cheapening parts over the years. One thing that has stood the test of time was always the Engine.
