Use the stalk in the dash binnacle when the headlights are on - rotate it, it will brighten the lights for all controls

I have noticed the hazard lights don't illuminate but they do work when pressed

Thats exactly how they are meant to work - this button is not illuminated unless pressed 👍

We didnt know you had a different infotainment unit either.

As @UK-Kev says, its possible the circuit board LEDs are fried.
