Had this code pop up and confirm the timing was off. Changed the timing chain and triple checked the timing lines, but the code still pops up? Should I chase the cam position sensor next? VTC oil control valve?

good Lord folks I went through all this even the cat converter..
The background as we overheated the car pulled over and all we had was a mud puddle to try to get water back in the radiator the lower hose had started loosening
Meanwhile that head leak chemical poured in the radiator sealed the number two head leak just fine held antifreeze perfect but now everything started going Hayward well all I want to tell you
Is someone on one of these wonderful forms said change the oil I believe we had 1040 in there another mistake so ....
