Honda clusters are easy to take out, there are generally 2 phillips head screws facing up on the plastic trim piece around the cluster and then you might have to pull straight towards you if there are any clips holding it. After that there will be 4 phillips head screws on each corner of the cluster and it will be free. Reach back and unplug the wiring harnesses on the back of the cluster. There are usually 4 on automatic cars, sometimes they're on the bottom, facing up. At this point the cluster should be free to be removed from the car. Set it on your lap or on something else soft and lay it so the face is down and you can see the circuitry on the back. The plastic things poking out the back are light bulbs, and they come out with a 1/4 turn counter clockwise. You can deduce where the D light is, or you can take the bulb out and check continuity with a multi meter, this will show you any other burnt out bulbs. Continuity means the bulb is good, open loop means its bad. The D light is P/N 35505-SA5-003 I want to say.
Re-installation is easy and in reverse order, obviously. Its a pretty simple task of removing the cluster though. Good luck.
