So, you bought a five year old car from a used car dealership?
Did you have the car inspected before putting money down?

Did you change the oil? Do any maintenance?
Hondas are usually a fairly good vehicle if the maintenance is taken care of.
Check the coolant level (in the radiator, not the overflow bottle)?
If reading is high but coolant is not then maybe ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor is faulty?
Don't go replacing stuff (like spark plugs) without finding out what is wrong.
Replacing parts in the hope it will fix it, ... well, that is the costly way to fix anything.

How many miles/km?

The K Series engines like a valve adjustment every 100K miles.Don't know what you meant by 'pressure tests checked out'.

That said, loose or corroded battery/starter connections can cause your symptoms. I've experienced first-hand how loose terminals on today's new batteries with smaller posts can cause starting issues.

first time poster here;
I bought my 2014 CRV in august of 2019 forms a used car dealership in Halifax, NS. In February 2021, the engine light came on as well as the tpms light, the steering light, and the traction control light and it wouldn’t start. Took it to Napa, where they replaced the battery and said it drove fine and sent me home. Not even 24 hours later the light was back on and it was not driving fine, started hard and had a vibration while idling. We had a mechanic friend look at it and the spark plug in cylinder 3 was bad (code read misfire in cylinder 3) so we changed all 4. Didn’t fix it. Took it to a mechanic shop near me, they looked at it and replaced the ignition coil in cylinder 3, did an oil change and sent me on my way. “Drives fine” again.
again not even 24 hours later all lights back on,vibration still with idling and hard start. Took it back to the same mechanic and he ran pressure tests on it, put cameraa down in the cylinders and it showed no issues. The code read misfire in 2 and 3 this time. He changed all the cool packs around and said the car wasn’t showing anymore issues for him. I took it home. 7 hours later same issues, lights on again. Except now I have no heat, and the temperature is reading high but the coolant is fine and not overheating.
by this time I’m pretty frustrated, so we did some Googling and checked out air filters, which were extremely dirty and well over due for a change, so we changed them hoping maybe that would solve it.

Start by making certain the battery is good, load test it. Even new batteries can be bad.
It could be your battery is dropping due to a parasitic current draw somewhere. The advice about battery connections is good.
This sort of thing has led to hard-to-diagnose issues for others. Search the forum for "parasitic".
If you have a good way to measure your system voltage (maybe 12-volt socket?) it would allow you to see if it's charging properly,
or, it could of course be "something else".

 

Betting someone had those problems and sold it quick. The filters are a sign of little maintenance.
any thirty day warranty or cash back? Car shows signs of maintenance not being done.

 

I would check your grounds just to make sure it is not a lose ground cable/strap.
