Seeking input re: rear camber issue

I bought my 05 awd CR-V a little over a year ago as a rebuild from salvage. When I took her in to the dealership for a pre-purchase inspection they told me that she needed new ball joints & compliance bushings "at some point". A few months later I needed new tires & only then realized the severity of the negative camber issue with her. Since then I've just been getting 2 new(ish) tires to throw on the front, rotating the fronts to the rear, when the rear ones wear out completely every 2-4 months. I don't have the money to get it diagnosed by a mechanic, but before buying the parts so I can fix her myself, I need to know if the problem can be solved by replacing only the stock rear upper control arms with the Adjustable ones, or if I also need to get new sway bars, or ball joints or something else I'm missing?

If anyone has any input on this I'd really appreciate it as I actually have the money for the parts & will have the time to get it done in the next few days. TIA

Suggest asking an alignment shop to install adjustable camber kits for the rear. Here is only one vendor from a quick search:

If sway bars and ball joints are good that is all you need. We had ours adjusted at 170,K miles and while one spec could not be brought into perfect spec, the rest were OK. Ours has ~188,000 miles now.

For the first 160K miles we carried ~500 lbs in the cargo compartment BTW.

++++++++++

If your body is 'tweaked" (do you know why it got a SALVAGE title?) it could need more.

If it sags in the back, a quick 'bodge' would be to install spring spacers in the rear to raise ride height to 'new' before getting it aligned.

The car was rear-ended & totalled by insurance. The place I bought it from said that they had rebuilt the back end but that seems pretty unlikely to me considering the state of the camber. The dealership I took it to I am purchasing didn't say anything about there being problems with the suspension or the frame, aside from compliance bushings and ball joints... However, within 3 weeks of acquiring her I had to replace all 4 motor mounts if that says anything about how thorough the dealerships inspection was). How do I know if the sway bars or ball joints are bad? Can I tell just by a quick visual inspection or is it more involved than that?

Thanks for your help!

Fyi the camber has almost NOTHING to do with it. Most older ones the camber is off a fair bit.

If your badly eating tires the toe is out not the camber.

For the camber to wear the tires you would have to be over paired and riding on just a small section of the tire tread area.

I'm a mechanic btw, didnt cost you anything [emoji6]

Thank u both for taking the time to help me out! Sorry for the delay in responding. I did find the directions online for checking my how far off my alignment is. When I was getting ready to start I thought I'd take some pictures of her...

Tire wear

camber

And Suspension.

After seeing what's going on in that last suspension picture, I've decided that you are both absolutely correct. Especially since I have no idea what I'm looking at there, other than it looks like my poor girl blew out her knee bearing and erupted liquid cartilage all over her undercarriage. I'm just going to take her to a shop for the diagnosis, hopefully replace her parts at home & go back to have them align her. Geez, I never thought it could be so traumatizing to troubleshoot this, or anything for that matter. Thanks again for all of your help!

That camber issue is normal, that's not even that bad. Definitely not your tire wear issue. And seems like the front is actually wearing your tires out too fast if your replacing every few months, using cheap ass tires and driving alot.

That wear on the inside is a toe out issue, but almost looks like something is rubbing with how that belt is getting exposed.
