Hi all,
I have a 2006 petrol CRV, 5 speed manual.
Started having issues with putting the car into gear.
Sometimes its normal without any issues.
Other times, it won't go into gear.
There's fluid in the clutch reservoir.
I'm kind of ruling out the clutch itself as sometimes its perfect and next gear change it just won't go into any gear. And then next time it does.
Could this be a master or slave cylinder failure.
Has anyone experienced something like before.

I don't want to go changing the clutch out if that's not the issue...

I have exactly the same occasional problem being locked out of gear. I thought it might be a problem with the electrical bar that stops accidental entering reverse. It says in the handbook to depress clutch, put stick to first and second side select reverse and it should clear. I tried all things but it just seems to clear itself after a short time. Bloody annoying when it happens though. Would love the answer.
