Shaking steering wheel an pull to right

Sadly, it sounds like you might have just purchased someone else's problems. There are a lot of poorly maintained and even junk level used vehicles being peddled in the used vehicle market now days. Your reported isssues, could be simple or they could be complex and expensive (see below)

1) I would suggest you have the front end systems evaluated by a professional service provider, particularly for the wheel shaking. Note: it could be as simple as a funky tire, but it also could be something more serious.

2) Note: For the pull to the right, I would suggest first check your power steering reservoir and insure you have proper fluid level and no signs of any foaming. [my old 2008 back in the day, would pull right on me if the power steering fluid was low enough to begin generating foaming. Something about the foam working down into the steering fluid distribution and causing asymmetry in steering].
