I changed the spark plugs for the first time on our 2018 Touring model today at 108,000 miles.
Overall a pretty easy job that only took about 20 minutes. The vehicle was still getting 35 mpg but it was a scheduled maintenance item.
Notice in the pic how the old plug was eroded (thinner) on the "L" part above the electrode tip from normal wear as compared to the new one.
The plugs are about $17/each at the local auto parts store.
This is the longest change interval ever on all the vehicles I've owned.
Serpentine belt, air and cabin filters are next.
