Sport Touring Hybrid - Buy 2025 now or wait for 2026 version?

I've pretty much made up my mind that I'm going to get a Sport Touring hybrid (pass my 2022 EX-L hybrid to my son, sell/trade his 2017 EX-L). While the pricing has not been announced on the 2026 version, I'd expect the MSRP w/delivery to be at least $43K. Likely little movement on price this summer right after they hit the lots.

I think I can negotiate $4K off MSRP on a 2025 now. Think it's worth doing vs waiting for the 2026? From what I saw in the videos last week, the only changes to the Sport Touring hybrid are:
  • Blacked out chrome and some of the rear badges (instead of chrome)
  • Right side of instrument display digital now (instead of just the left and center...not sure why it really matters being all digital now)
  • Google integrated apps instead of Honda for navigation and so on (I use Apple CarPlay anyway, so I don't think a big deal)
  • Better off-road AWD (I don't go on trails or anything, but do get snowy winters)
  • "Individual" drive mode (not sure what that means, I just leave it in Normal and kick to Sport when I need a boost in my 2022 Hybrid)
Am I missing anything else? What do you think....grab the 2025 now or wait and see for the 2026? Thanks!
Because on the current economic uncertainty I would go for the bird in the hand. I recommend you check with Carvanna and the other buying service before trading in the 2017 EX-L. If nothing else the offer from them will give you some leverage when negotiating for your new V.
