Um actually its not that different. It's got an extra gear, still a standard automatic. If it was CVT then this would apply but 2013 and all gen 2 came with standard automatics so all the same details apply.
The shaking is actually a shudder. Have a transmission service done (best to use Honda fluid only since your having problems) which is a very simple drain and fill. 2 of those, about 7-8 qts and should go away. Honda transmissions will shudder when fluid has not been maintained.
Other issue of shudder/shake when accelerating can be the CV axles or propeller shaft.
