I have a 2018 diesel CRV. As I accelerated onto an island, the car seemed to seize up for a brief second and a warning light appeared, it only displayed for a short period but since then the car doesn’t seem to run the same. The warning light was front profile of car with solid line beneath and an up wood pointing arrow beneath that. Local Honda garage haven’t a clue what it could be

Where did this illuminate?
On the digi-dash central binnacle, or to the left/right of the main cluster? Might help narrow down what it may be...
