just pry the center of the tabs (the end pieces) up a little on each end piece and the insert comes right out.
the end piece is plastic so be carefull

I got these for our 2024, watch the installation video, the ones for the Gen 6 CRV is the third generation Bosch wipers, don't have to pry the ends off, go for the plastic rib next to the ends to remove the blade, once refill is off then pop the end off, cut the slot in the refill and install
