Your issues seemingly affect ALL cylinders, so probably not plugs or coils.
P0134 is air/fuel ratio, and points to the 1st oxygen sensor.

NOTE that this is a wide-band sensor. Cheap sensors will not work! Only use Denso or NGK.


PS: Don't forget to check the wiring at the CatCon before spending your money.

NO. Bosch sensors cause grief in Hondas!

They are NOT wide-band. The limited sensing results in wide swings of air-fuel ratios and potential Cat/Con damage.

CatCon = Catalytic Converter

As stated, they allow R&R without damaging the wires. Provided a link in my other post.

Luckily, almost all are 22mm/7/8" size.
