The cars remote only unlocks and locks the driver's door. The interior front door and passenger door power switches only lock and unlock the driver's door.

All doors can be manually locked or unlocked using the each doors interior mechanical lock.

My 2004 had the same issue. The lock mechanisms go bad with time. I bought replacements on ebay, installed them and they work now.
Though I would recommend to take to a professional, unless you have some mechanical skills and a lot of patience.

Thanks for replying. Must be why you can buy a pack of (4) actuators on Amazon for $41. I have the ability and sometimes the patience.

IMHO, the UK made CRV actuators are easy to change, while the Japan made CRV actuators take more time. I think I’d really make sure it was the actuators before changing them out, especially the Japan versions.

This is one part that I’m not convinced that OE Honda is any better than aftermarket. I’ve changed 6 of them on my UK CRV, the OE Honda don’t seem to last any longer than the random no name brand.

I cannot find any other reason for the door locks not functioning. Amazon sells a 4 pack for $41. If this doesn't work I'll trash the OEM system and install a universal kit for $30.

On my nephew's 2007 CRV, the right rear door lock actuator would unlock after a few moments (having locked the doors)
We replaced it. About two weeks later, the door locks would not work.
Checked the fuse and it was blown. Replaced and it popped right away.
Turned out the replacement failed and caused the other locks to not work.
This was done by unplugging the actuators one by one and testing the remote keyless entry.
So, not all new parts are good parts. Also bought off Amazon.
Note: some actuators do not come with the rod attached for the exterior door handle
a set of pliers pops the old one straight off and then pushed on the new actuator
