my driver side headlight is "not working". Although if I put it on high beam mode it works and in regular when the car turns on it works with like normal.

but when I switch to headlight it doesn't work..
is this a bulb issue or something else?

Thanks inadvance for help.

Just don't want the dealer to rip me off when I take it in for an oil change and ask them to change the bulb for me.

It probably just the light bulb, the low beam is out.

Realize that the brights (or Main Beam as they say overseas) are on a different filament. And on your year, the DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) work off the high-beam filament, but at a reduced intensity.

thanks, I though that might be the issue. i saw the bulb replacement video on youtube and noticed the bulb do seem to have 2 filaments.

Anyway I took it to the honda service center and they replaced it for free. though I paid $40 for an oil change and $90 for the transmission fluid change.

And they said I need my front and rear breaks changed. I guess its the pad? so I asked how much they quoted me $600. they can suck my 8===>

I took it to my regular local auto shop that I know for a long time and I got quoted $220.
