I am replacing a '10 Accord and will be buying either a 2023 Honda CRV EX AWD or a low-mileage 2020-2022 CRV EXL AWD. Really want to make the best decision regarding safety features, warranty and resale value.
Trying to decide if it's worth it to get a brand new one without the BSI or better to get the 2020-2022 EXL with leather trim and BSI. Also, I need to park on the street in front of my house and don't have a garage so a bit nervous about a brand new car.
2023 Pros: Newest model
3 year warranty/7 year power train
2023 Cons: No BSI
2020-2022 Pros: Leather trim seats and BSI
2020-2022 Cons: Shorter warranty: 12 month CPO warranty plus whatever remaining on original
