Isn't placement of the washer fluid reservoir the same on US models as it is on Canadian models? I think they are. However, tank Capacity for the U.S. model is 1.6 US qt (1.5 L) and Canada model is 4.8 US qt (4.5 L). Very odd that Honda couldn't have put the same reservoir in both models.

Agreed, why the difference right?! Same as the TPMS, US-spec’d CRVs have them but here in Cda, we don’t have the TPMS

Yup. Same issues. Just keep buying $50 refills, I guess.
Just refilled our 2024 with these wiper refills, $10.00 for 2 sets. The blades used on the 6 Gen CRV are Bosch types using 6mm refills and there are many offers in Amazon for these parts. Easy to do and takes 10 minutes to cut and refill

CAFE standards for different countries I assume.
CAFE standards have nothing to do with this as the differences mentioned were related to the TPMS and size of washer fluid reservoir, not the auto stop engine feature or anything else related to fuel economy. I do however acknowledge that manufacturers implement different equipment packages per region/country and that’s just the way they are

I could see a good sized puddle of fluid on the pax side blade being pushed across the windshield, but didn't see it on the driver's side. With the wipers parked I put a paper towel under that blade, touched the wash switch very briefly, and took a look at the paper towel. A wet spot was at each nozzle position. They do clean my windshield OK, and wipe OK in the rain, they're just different. For my next bladed the Bosch Icons look like a good choice. They come with an adapter for our push-button attachments.

To lift the wipers from the windshield, put them in the maintenance position when shutting off the vehicle. Check your user manual for instructions.
This is basically a PITA. Previous iterations of the CRV had plenty of room to just lift the wipers. Don't know why they did it this way on the new ones.
MOO & FWIW

In any car one can always scratch the glass with dry dust on it. The Honda system does use very little cleaner, and I'm not yet sure if it is inadequate or just meager. The reservoir is tucked in a location in the right front quarter panel that might not have space for a larger reservoir. That, I think, is the driving force behind the very little cleaner used.
No issues when it's actually raining, but as others have mentioned, the wipers have difficulty cleaning the windows when they're dirty. I've had some luck with the "technique" of quickly pulling forward and releasing the wiper stalk a few times before engaging the wipers. This seems to put a little more fluid on the wipers, which dramatically improves their cleaning effectiveness. Still not great, but I'd say acceptable.
