DPF pressure sensor readings

Hi Guys,

I asked this question as a follow up on somebody's else post; probably not the best idea as I got no answers at all.
Lets create a new thread instead.

I recently replaced DPF at the local garage.
I done this because I got a second "check system" warning with "!" so I thought that probably this is the time to replace DPF at 110k miles.
Usually I'm driving about 25 to 35km routes and taking care not to interrupt DPF regeneration, but I have no idea what previous owner was doing.

I got a new but not genuine DPF (manufacturer name is AS, they are from Spain)
Mechanics only issue was that temperature sensor refused to unscrew and broke off; I had to get a new one.
I also do not know if they done pressure sensor calibration or not.

Can someone share what are yours DPF differential pressure sensor readings during normal driving?
I'm asking because I'm getting about the same readings as before replacement and it worries me that it will soon show me the familiar check system error.

In my car differential pressure sensor has only one pipe going from DPF to the sensor.
This means that sensor is checking pressure in the entire exhaust, not only in DPF and I wonder do I have a blockage further down the pipe or is this okay.

My pressure with new DPF is about 1.8 kPa (18 mbar) on idle and around 7 to 20 kPa (70 to 200 mbar) while driving, but when I'm overtaking it can jump up to 45 kPa (450 mbar)
This seems to me a bit high but no error so far.
I'm now at 9.0 grams of soot level since replacement so I expect regen to happen by the end of this week.

Is pressure sensor calibration required after changing DPF? I do not want to do this if not required as it will end up with forced regeneration.

18mbar isn't too bad if there's 9g of soot load in the dpf I don't think, mines about the same.
Id wait for it to regen down to zero and then see what reading you get.

After a regen mine sits around 5-6 mbar on idle.

I've seen a few with readings of 40-100 on idle when the dpf has been in need of replacing/proper cleaning and regeneration.

It is looking better after regeneration.
At idle it is about 1kPa to 1.3kPa (10 to 13 mbar).
While driving it did not go higher than 24kPa (240mbar).
Before regen it could go up to 450mbar with the same driving style.

I would be awesome to compare chart with someone else who is also using Car Scanner on Android.

A little update to this.
I recently cleaned my MAF sensor.
This made my car much more agile and it is nicer to drive.
Also it has some impact on DPF differential pressure.
No matter how I drive it reaches up to about 35kPa and most of the time it is below 25kPa (250 mbar).
And that is with DPF PM over 6g.

Do you use Car Scanner (free) or Car Scanner Pro (pay money) ?

I have two bluetooth ODB2 adapters which no longer work :(. I'm guessing that I need an OBD2 adapter to connect to the CRV's ECU (?) , or is there a way to directly connect a mobile to the CRV's ECU with no adapter needed?
