Quick question for you guys, I don't want to sounds stupid but I replaced a pulley on the drive belt tensioner, any reason why the bolt comes undone? I can't find any torque specs or anything on it and just can't seem to figure it out. As well to re-installing it I felt like a spring tensions when I was removing it, is there anything I should be careful with when putting it back on? Thanks in advance!

Yes, 19 lb-ft is factory spec. Could be the pulley. Might try a diffent pulley like a Gates pulley or the Honda OEM pulley 38942-P2K-T01 . If you have trouble keeping the bolt from coming loose you can use Loctite Threadlocker "blue". The blue is used when you want to remove the bolt and the red is more permanent.

Are you talking about the tensioner for the A/C compressor belt?
If you tighten the bolt to the correct torque and that prevents the pulley from spinning, something is certainly wrong. Are you missing the washer and bearing cover?
Can you snap a few pictures of what you are looking at? That might help.

The proper OEM bolt and a properly designed pulley should bolt on and stay on with no issues. I have a spare pulley here and it is nothing more than a bearing pressed into a metal idler pulley. Other than rusted threads on the bolt, I can't think of why or how it would be difficult to remove or come loose, unless the hole is cross-threaded.
