The small fuses are "Low Profile Mini" there should be a few spares under the lid in the engine bay fuse box.

There's confusing information in this thread, so wanted to clear that up. The fuse type is: Low Profile Mini / LP-Mini (APS/ATT).

ATM is NOT correct as that is the regular (non-mini) blade type. Wikipedia has a chart showing all of them:

The last time I blew a fuse in a car was 1968 and I was driving a 61 TR3-A which only used two fuses for the entire electrical system.

 

First car I ever owned was a tr3, fond memories. I had it painted British racing green, of course.

 

You need to know the type if you’re installing fuse taps to hardwire other things.

Can you please clarify what you mean? I don't understand what you are referring to. Are you saying to just replace the fuse with a wire?
Isn't the job of a fuse to protect the wiring? I don't see any type of indication (emoticon) that you are trying to be funny.

 

This is about adding a new device, like a dashcam, hard wired into the fuse box, not removing fuses and replacing them with wires.

You could use a wire into the fuse box, and then have a fuse in-line with the wire going to the device you’re adding. That’s one way to do it. Fuse taps are another way and could be seen as “cleaner” depending on your preference.
